Private Sessions

  • Group classes help build community, but private classes allow you to deep dive into your practice. Here we create custom programs curated specifically for your unique body, mind, soul. Is there something you’ve been working on but need some help to get you there? We’ve got you. We work with you on and off the mat to create a practice that best compliments your lifestyle and supports you in reaching your goals.

  • Consistency is key! With a consistent practice of 1-2 classes per week, most clients start to notice results within 8 weeks. These results can be felt on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. There are several factors that may impact results such as: sleep, diet, hydration, stress, etc. therefore we do not guarantee this timeline for everyone.

  • The beautiful thing about Yoga is that you don’t necessarily need equipment. Yoga is primarily a body-weight practice, however, props can help you move safely and also add a little spice!

    We recommend the following (with alternatives):

    • Yoga Mat (or towel, or a soft-supportive space for you to move on)

    • Yoga Blocks (or large books, or any similar shape that can support you)

    • Bolster (or pillow)

    • Yoga Strap (or scarf, or towel)

    Get creative! This is your playground, your practice. Use whatever will make you feel most comfortable. Have fun!

  • We offer in person sessions locally here in Kitchener, Ontario. We currently rent a beautiful space at Encompass Health & Wellness where all in studio private sessions are held.

  • Yes, we can offer online sessions via. Zoom®. If you prefer an online session please connect with Jessie directly to discuss details.

  • Yes, we can offer in home sessions within Kitchener-Waterloo. If you prefer an in home session please connect with Jessie directly to discuss details. Please note there may be additional travel costs depending on location.

  • Unfortunately no. However, it may be possibIe! f you have extended coverage for holistic therapy and/or if your company provides a health spending account, you may be able to get reimbursed and/or use that money toward your session.

    If you recently experienced an accident-related injury, you may be able to get reimbursed through your insurance as well.

Corporate Classes

  • Whether you sit at a desk or work with your hands, introducing gentle stretch breaks and deep breaths can radically benefit your work day. Prioritizing these intentional mindful moments have been proven to actually boost productivity, relieve unwanted stress and encourage team morale!

  • Each session can range from 15 minutes to 60 minutes.
