Private Sessions
Personalized programs just for you.
What makes working with Flow Space Studio unique?
Everything we do is with you in mind. Together, we explore intentional practices that are challenging yet refreshing. We take a modern approach where we honour the benefits of traditional Asana and combine it with mobility training, myofascial release and mindful pilates moves to provide a necessary variety in your movement practice that ultimately empowers and embraces your strongest self. The breath is our foundation, and the catalyst for building a deeper mind-body connection. We pride ourselves in honouring the roots of Yoga philosophy, human anatomy and integrating mindful principals in all that we say and do. Here, we invite you to go deeper and explore the space within.

Group classes help build community, but private classes allow you to deep dive into your practice. Here we create custom programs curated specifically for your unique body, mind, soul. Is there something you’ve been working on but need some help to get you there? We’ve got you. We work with you on and off the mat to create a practice that best compliments your lifestyle and supports you in reaching your goals.

Our studio is primarily online where we offer sessions via. Zoom®. We also offer in person sessions locally here in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada where we rent a beautiful space at Encompass Health & Wellness. Both avenues are radically beneficial and our clients have found success through both approaches!

Consistency is key! With a consistent practice of 1-2 classes per week, most clients start to notice results within 8 weeks. These results can be felt on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. There are several factors that may impact results such as: sleep, diet, hydration, stress, etc. therefore we do not guarantee this timeline for everyone.

The beautiful thing about Yoga and Pilates is that you don’t necessarily need equipment. Yoga and Pilates are primarily body-weight practices, however, props can help you move safely and also add a little spice!
We recommend the following (with alternatives):
Yoga Mat (or towel, or a soft-supportive space for you to move on)
Yoga Blocks (or large books, or any similar shape that can support you)
Ankle Weights (1-3lbs)
Bolster (or pillow)
Yoga Strap (or scarf, or towel)
Get creative! This is your playground, your practice. Use whatever will make you feel most comfortable. Have fun!
all props are provided for in-studio sessions!
